Preparation and Filling
Before using the massage gel warmer, ensure that it is clean and in proper working condition. Make sure you have the desired massage gel or oil ready for warming. Open the massage oil warmer and pour the desired amount of massage oil or gel into the aluminum pot. Be mindful not to overfill it.

Heating
Plug in the warmer and turn it on. The temperature will increase for every clock of the dial by 1°C/ 1.8°F. (Temperature range: 35 to 125°C/ 95 to 257°F). Allow the oil to warm up for the recommended amount of time, usually a few minutes. To lower the temperature, turn the control knob counterclockwise.

Once the massage gel or oil has reached the desired temperature, to avoid burns, test it on your inner wrist or forearm to ensure it is comfortable for use and not too hot.
